Graphic Designer
& Illustrator

I’m a graphic designer, illustrator, and board game industry specialist with seven years of experience creating immersive tabletop game visuals. I’ve led and collaborated on projects with major publishers, designing game layouts, iconography, marketing materials, and tradeshow assets. Beyond board games, I run my own art business, selling original watercolor artwork and prints. Whether designing for a game or creating unique illustrations, I’m passionate about crafting visuals that connect with people.

Sarah Lady’s Art officially launched in 2020, but the journey began much earlier. After a trip to Costa Rica in 2017, I was inspired to create chalk pastel portraits of the beautiful scenery and homes I encountered there. When I shared my work, friends and family quickly took notice, loving the style and asking about commissions. As more people shared their house and pet portraits, local realtors began reaching out, looking for unique housewarming and closing gifts.

This growing demand led me to explore vendor markets, both locally and in neighboring states. In 2020, I launched my Etsy shop, initially as a way to adapt to virtual markets during the pandemic, but it quickly became essential for managing the influx of orders. In 2022, I partnered with StyleBlueprint Magazine, adding my custom home portrait collection to their SB Shop, and now I have partnered with retailers to have several collections accessible locally within shops in St. Louis.

What started as a creative passion has grown into a fulfilling business, and I’m excited to continue expanding, incorporating it into my career and daily life. My goal is to create art that inspires, connects, and brings joy to others.
